Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging is an example of some of the latest technology used to visibly detect differences in temperature throughout the home. It can also confirm the presence of moisture intrusion, insulation and temperature differential throughout the home.
Moisture Meter
Moisture Meters are used along with thermal imaging to confirm the presence of moisture intrusion and possible leaks behind walls, floors and ceilings.
GFCI Testers
For confirming the correct wiring throughout the homes receptacles. This tool can indicate: open ground, reversed polarity, open hot or neutral wire. The presence of open ground or reversed polarity are safety hazards.
Voltage Testers
For voltage testing the homes receptacles and electric panels to test for continuity of power throughout the home.
